Franchise introduction

A complete boutique model, not just a brand licence.

A Vastra Valli franchise is designed as a complete custom ethnic-wear boutique — not simply a shop using the brand name.

The model brings consultation, measurements, custom stitching, craftsmanship, trials, quality inspection and delivery together through one coordinated operating system.

Approved franchise partners receive guidance in store planning, recruitment, training, technology, standard procedures, branding and launch marketing.

One Brand. One Standard. Every Branch.

Our goal is to expand widely across South India while maintaining consistent customer experience, quality and brand standards at every branch.

Why partner with Vastra Valli

What you are actually building.

A Vastra Valli franchise is more than signage and a commercial agreement. It is a structured boutique business supported by training, technology, operating systems and brand guidance.

01

A growing South Indian brand

Founded in 2025 and operating across Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, supported by 22 team members and more than 5,000 customer orders delivered.

02

An order-led boutique model

The business is built around confirmed customer orders rather than large ready-made inventories. Customers visit with their fabric, measurements, occasion details and design preferences.

03

Multiple service categories

Approved branches may offer blouse stitching, bridal wear, lehengas and half sarees, frocks and Anarkalis, kurtis, kids’ wear, Aari handwork, computer embroidery, fast-track stitching and alterations on Vastra Valli orders.

04

Structured operations

Every branch follows documented processes for consultation, measurements, order booking, production, trials, quality inspection, delivery, communication and reporting.

05

Technology-enabled management

The Vastra Valli system supports customer profiles, order booking, production tracking, billing, payments, attendance and operational reporting.

06

Recruitment and training support

Role definitions, candidate-evaluation guidance and structured training support for relevant store and production roles.

07

Brand and marketing support

Approved brand assets, launch campaigns, social-media templates, photography direction and local marketing guidance. Marketing support does not guarantee sales, customer volume or revenue.

08

Ongoing operational guidance

Periodic training support, quality monitoring, operational reviews and performance discussions.

Business model overview

How a Vastra Valli boutique works.

Production begins after the customer’s garment, measurements, design, price and delivery requirements are confirmed. Every order runs through the approved Vastra Valli production process on the same system our own branches use.

01

Order-led, not stock-led

Production begins after the order is confirmed, which reduces dependence on large quantities of ready-made inventory.

02

Customer measurement profiles

Measurements and fit-related notes are recorded to support future orders, and reviewed and updated whenever necessary.

03

Multiple craftsmanship services

Several garment and design services are handled through one coordinated order process.

04

Repeat customer potential

Weddings, festivals, family functions, school events and traditional occasions may generate repeat business. No repeat-purchase rate, sales level or customer volume is guaranteed.

The franchise fee and security deposit do not represent the total investment required to open and operate a Vastra Valli boutique. Property, setup, equipment, staffing, working capital, royalty and other expenses are additional.
